Jan Jones, RN, BSN Chief Executive Officer
Jan has been at the forefront of the hospice and palliative care movement for more than 30 years and worked as an active participant on the state and national levels of hospice organizations and in government arenas.
Jan has served as CEO, president, and executive of several organizations and as a board chair and member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) and California Hospice and Palliative Care Association – to name a few.
Brent Emery, MBA Co-founder, Chief Operating Officer
Brent is the co-founder and COO of Alleviate Care. As a veteran Marine Corps officer, he has a unique ability to drive results through intrinsic motivation among his team members.
Brent is known for his ability to think strategically and manage complex projects with ease. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and is committed to helping the organization succeed.
